OVERVIEW
This project involves a redesign of a travel B2C website and content strategy to address both commercial and customer needs. The process involves redesigning pages for travel deals, flights, hotels, cruise, holiday, destinations, activities, transfers, car hire, agency profiles, travel insurance, corporate pages and documentation such as invoices and itineraries.
The content strategy has been redesigned to be more effective in addressing various customer journey types to drive higher engagement and conversion. The content strategy design focuses on delivering quality content, scalability and automation in mind, whether it be destination editorial, factual content modules or specific video content.
